The Australian Garden features 150 species of eucalyptus as well as regional plants such as kangaroo paws, bottle brushes, and melaleucas. On the hill beside the Australian Garden are the Subtropical, Jungle, and Palm gardens -- all face south, making them the warmest part of the gardens.
